2017 saw the launch of the new NEC4 contract, which features a host of changes to the contract procedures.
On the 21st November 2017, Driver Trett and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) co-hosted an evening's discussion about what to expect from the changes.
Driver Group’s COO Mark Wheeler discussed the key changes and explained how they may work in practice.
