Job Description
As part of our planned growth we are looking to recruit a “Delay Expert” to be based out of our Sydney or Perth office:
The role will give you the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most interesting disputes on major construction, engineering, and oil projects in Australia and the Far East alongside globally recognised names in the industry. You will benefit from our existing network of clients and our existing Expert Assistants, all who have completed the RICS Expert witness accreditation course to aid you in delivering commissions.
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to be considered you will have the following experience;
Having proven experience of expert witness appointments and experience of being cross examined on complex international disputes on matters of construction project delay is essential;
- Excellent network among legal and construction community;
- Degree or equivalent and post graduate qualification relevant to the construction and engineering sector;
- Relevant professional membership at Fellow or Membership level;
- Contributing to the development of programming and delay analysis through public speaking, publication of papers and articles etc;
- Leading and developing teams of Expert Assistants.
