Driver Trett and HFW are hosting a joint breakfast seminar on Tuesday 16th October in Kuwait to discuss the contractual and legal issues on construction projects.
The event will take place at the JW Marriott, Kuwait City, starting at 8.30 am.
Leading quantum expert, Lee Barry, will be speaking. Michael Sergeant, who wrote the leading book on project changes, Construction Contract Variations, will also be speaking on this topic
This breakfast seminar will cover:

These talks will be followed by a panel discussion on some topical issues affecting the construction industry in Kuwait led by Anthony Crowley and comprising the speakers and other members of HFW's and Driver Trett's Middle East teams.
