Octavian Dan, Technical Director at our London office will be providing a session at the FIDIC-ACEG Regional Infrastructure Conference on 6-7 March 2018 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
His session will be entitled ‘Delay Expert – 10 practical tips for making delay claims’ and will take place on the second day of the conference.
During this session, Octavian will provide a presentation that focuses on the reminder of the modified clauses in the FIDIC 2017 edition specifically related to time management, practical tips for preparing and working with programmes for delay claims, and identifying the appropriate delay analysis method in accordance with the overall content of the project.
