Ali Fard, the Director of Canada, will be presenting “Claim is not a 4-letter word” at the 10th Construction Symposium for the Ontario General Contractors Association in Toronto, Canada on Saturday April 8th. His presentation will be on the topic of how contractors can develop a claims management strategy along with their commercial strategies in order to mitigate the risk of disputes being escalated, and to increase the likelihood of the early resolution of the contentious issues as they arise.
Walied Abdeldayem, one of our Technical Directors, will be presenting “Scheduling strategies to promote collaboration and avoid disputes” at the 10th Construction Symposium for the Ontario General Contractors Association in Toronto, Canada on Saturday April 8th. His presentation will be on the topic of how project scheduling can (and should be) a tool for dispute avoidance rather than a contentious process that may trigger conflicts and give rise to disputes.
