We are delighted to announce the next of our UK webinar sessions for 2021.
This webinar will take the form of a Mock Mediation between an Employer and a Main Contractor. The scenario will deal with issues which have arisen between the parties on a big warehouse development, including the valuation of large variations, contra charges and delay. The team will explore whether these issues are suitable for mediation. Can an agreement be reached at mediation or will the parties need to escalate the disputes?
This webinar will take place on Tuesday 22nd June at 11am - 12pm GMT.
