Mark Stevenson, one of Driver Trett’s Technical Directors who is based in Bristol, was the featured speaker at the South West Chartered ICES AGM on Tuesday 21st March 2017. He spoke on the topic of impacts of emerging case law on construction contracts which covered recent changes relating to enforcement of smash and grab adjudication decisions, interim payment processes, and concurrent delay.
There was a good turnout to the event with standing room only at the back of the room and attendees including Bill Pryke – Chartered ICES CEO, Harry Bell – Chartered ICES President, and Mark Phillips – South West Chairman. The talk was well received by the audience with some engaging audience participation and interesting questions.
