Webinar: JCT D&B – cladding replacement

Webinar: JCT D&B – a cladding replacement project

We are delighted to announce the return of our popular UK webinar sessions for the Spring.

Our first session will look at key issues arising under the JCT suite of contracts, in particular looking at a cladding replacement project.

Firstly, the employer and contractor will be working through issues resulting from delays in the supply of materials and a lack of availability of labour under a JCT2016 Design and Build contract. Then, under the JCT 2016 DB subcontract, the contractor and subcontractor are struggling with responsibilities for damage to completed works and the validity of a pay less notice.

This webinar will take place on Tuesday 23rd February from 11am -12pm BST.

Given the success of our mock adjudication webinars in the Autumn, the team will once again be taking on the roles of the employer, the contractor, and the subcontractor, each trying to persuade Jonathan Pawlowski of Collyer Bristow, that their case is the strongest, should they proceed to adjudication.

This webinar will be of interest to all those who work in construction and engineering, particularly those who are involved in commercial management, project administration and dispute resolution.

Please click here to register your interest and to receive a link to the session. If you wish to book more than one place please state the names, email addresses, and other contact details of all delegates.
