Join John Dowse on the 1st May 2019 for an RICS CPD at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kuwait. This seminar will look at the evaluation of quantum claims, and in particular the evidential requirements for proving such claims in arbitration or litigation.
About the Speaker
John Dowse has over 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industries. Having originally studied civil engineering his work experience took him initially into a project management/quantity surveying practice before a move into the world of construction contracting and about 18 years later having studied for and obtained academic and professional qualifications in law, into consultancy and legal roles.
John is a practising arbitrator, mediator and adjudicator. He lectures regularly in construction contracts, such as the FIDIC suite of contracts, and he is an accredited tutor and examiner for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
