Relationships are fraught on this troubled (and troublesome) offshore wind farm project, with the contractor opting to use a unique set of subcontract terms on a critical specialist works package, and the usual complexities of claims for loss and expense and damages in both directions. Unsurprisingly, records are less than perfect, and contractual time bars and conditions precedent are creating even more difficulties. Matters have come to a head, with a formal dispute on the horizon – will the parties find a resolution, or will the answers be left blowing in the wind…?!
The live seminar will take place from 08:00 - 10:00 at various locations across the UK, listed below, with refreshments available both before and after the session.
It will be of interest to all those who work in construction and engineering, and particularly those who are involved in commercial management, project administration, and dispute resolution. The seminar will qualify for two hours of CPD.
