We are delighted that Thurstan Ollerearnshaw, a Technical Director in our Kuwait Office, will discuss “Management of Risk” at an RICS CPD Seminar, which will be held on 14th March 2018 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kuwait.
Seminar Outline
The success of construction projects can be gauged by the ability of the professional team to mitigate threats and maximise opportunities in relation to the overall objectives of the project. The aim of the RICS Guidance Note on this topic is to provide a reference point for professionals on the discipline of risk management. This presentation is intended to complement that reference point with practical examples.
