Join James Millen, a Technical Director from Driver Trett's Australia offices for a RICS CPD event discussing:
- “what the ‘continuing mystery’ was in the recent case of Built Environs v Perth Airport that the court required the claimant to unlock”.
- why the global claim was determined to be ‘legally embarrassing’;
- what the court affirmed must be established for a global claim to succeed; and
- the guidance that the decision (and others) provides for practitioners drafting or defending global claims.
