This seminar will help you to gain an understanding of the following:
- The main recognised delay analysis techniques;
- Pros and cons of each;
- What the courts require;
- What is helpful to an Adjudicator; and
- What is not particularly helpful to an Adjudicator.
Michael Foster: Chartered Quantity Surveyor specialising in commercial and planning issues in construction, heavy engineering, process, petrochem and power generation. Expert in valuation issues, disputed final accounts, prolongation, claims for direct loss and expense and damages claims.
David Wileman: Experienced delay analyst who has provided expert witness reports and testimony on major cap-ex projects. David acts as an expert in the fields of retrospective delay analysis, disruption, planning and programming / scheduling but also continues to be involved with major live projects and undertakes project planning and control reviews on all types of projects. Has been appointed an expert witness in relation to ship construction, process, oil & gas, water / waste treatment and building projects across the UK, Mainland Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, and provided commercial support in the USA.
