Robert has 30 years' professional experience in the areas of construction consulting, design engineering, construction management, claims analysis and construction scheduling. He is a licensed professional engineer in the New York State, and an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Civil and Urban Engineering at New York University.

Robert has extensive experience in critical path method scheduling and schedule delay analysis. He has provided scheduling and delay analysis services both on active construction projects as well as forensically in support of litigation. The types of construction projects that Robert has consulted on include residential buildings, commercial buildings, government buildings, hotels, high rises, rail projects, highways, bridges, dams, power projects, stadiums, petrochemical facilities, wastewater treatment facilities and manufacturing facilities among other types of projects.

Robert has also performed project cost, damages, estimating and productivity analyses on different types of construction projects. He has reviewed and analysed project change orders, errors and omissions claims, extended overhead costs, overtime and acceleration claims, equipment costs, escalation costs and labor inefficiencies. In addition, he has provided consulting services on surety and insurance claims and is experienced in the preparation of cost to complete analyses and preparing proof of loss statements.

Robert regularly presents on topics including project scheduling, delay analysis and construction cost analysis, to industry groups such as the New York City Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, General Contractors Association, and the New York County Lawyers Association; among others.

Robert has provided expert testimony on construction matters in arbitrations, city hearings and has participated in mediations.

Earlier in his career, Robert was a design engineer for roadway and drainage improvement projects and provided resident engineering services on a wastewater treatment plant project and an airport cargo facility project.
