Helen is a chartered civil engineer with a broad range of building and civil engineering project experience including tunnels, roads, bridges, process plants, and treatment facilities, gained over 25 years. Helen has retained practical project experience, by undertaking many roles as contract administrator, alongside her wealth of experience in the avoidance and resolution of disputes. Helen advises on many standard forms of contract including NEC, ICE, and JCT.Helen has undertaken delay expert commissions on many occasions. She employs a range of techniques to ensure that the outcomes of the analysis are sensible and robust and are not solely reliant upon computer generated outcomes.
