Biography

James is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over 25 years’ industry experience. He has diverse experience in quantum related matters, including the valuation of delay, disruption and additional work claims across a variety of sectors including commercial, infrastructure, rail, power, oil and gas, mining, marine, hospitality, and leisure.

James provides proactive project contract administration support, post-contract commercial close-out, dispute avoidance and resolution strategy, applications for adjudication, independent expert analysis and the preparation of expert reports.
