Jean-Marc Decaux

Biography

Jean-Marc is a project management specialist in international EPC projects (up to 400 M$) mainly in power and gas industries

He has over 15 years' experience in the construction industry, managing projects from: pre-feed, feed, procurement, construction, commissioning, negotiation and claim management.

He also holds an extensive knowledge of best practices and disciplines of project management such as planning, cost, project control, risks, contract management, and QSE. Jean-Marc also holds financial skills and the ability to establish KPIs.

In regards to contract management, including T&Cs negotiation, and Claim/ Counter Claim dispute management, Functional/Technical Competencies, Jean-Marc has a strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including cost analysis, P&L and performance improvement; risk management, procurement strategies, and detailed planning analysis.
