Biography

A Civil Engineer with over 12 years experience, Jung-guk has a broad range of skills including claims handling and contract and commercial management.

He specialises in in quantity surveying, contract advisory, and quantum claim reports for disputed variation and support in construction dispute resolution, and has dealt with construction-related quantum disputes under various forms of construction contract.
