Karen is a programming, delay and disruption expert with more than 20 years’ experience in large scale building and infrastructure projects throughout Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East. Sectors in which Karen has particular experience and expertise include civil and marine projects, process and industrial plants and tertiary level health facilities.In addition to her specialist programming skills, Karen has been a Project Manager and Project Director on large capital works projects work in excess of $1 billion.Karen has significant expert witness testifying experience and has given evidence in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Western Australia, as well as tribunal proceedings in Australia and the Middle East.
