Biography

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years’ experience in international construction industry with combined contractor, consultant and developer background.

His project experience covers high value and complex residential, hospitality, commercial and industrial process projects in both Singapore and overseas involving challenging environment and interfacing with multi-national consortium.

His contract experience includes Singapore and international construction contracts (e.g. SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract) He is well verse in dealing with commercial and contract disputes, dispute avoidance, claims management in relation to extension of time, loss and expense, prolongation, acceleration and disruption. He can appreciate issues from broader and diversified perspective after having worked as quantity surveyor, project manager, and claims consultant.
