Khalid has over 13 years’ experience in forensic delay analysis on major construction projects across the Middle East. He holds a BSc Civil Engineering and an MSc in Construction Law, and he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Khalid’s major sector experience includes buildings, infrastructure, marine, rail, water treatment plants, and oil & gas projects where he has worked for clients, government bodies, contractors, and various components of the construction supply chain. He has excellent people management skills with a proven track record in mobilising his team and gathering resources to achieve the most demanding targets. Khalid has been instructed as a Delay Expert in a number of Expert Determinations across the Middle East.
