Kirsteen has a law degree, and has over fifteen years’ experience in the investigation, management and resolution of disputes in the construction and engineering industries.Kirsteen’s skills lie in quantum evaluation, the analysis and assessment of contractual obligations and requirements, contract and commercial reviews, report writing, preparing documents for adjudication and the management of the adjudication process. She has extensive experience in assisting experts in the preparation and submission of expert reports for arbitration and litigation proceedings. Her experience ranges from dealing with smaller building/civil engineering disputes for private individuals or small/medium-sized contractors, to assisting in the investigation of issues arising on complex international multi-million-pound construction and infrastructure project.
