Biography

Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ contract and commercial experience.

He has worked on a broad range of construction, heavy engineering, process, oil & gas, on & offshore renewable energy and power generation projects. He has practical experience of working on behalf of various organisations from commercial risk assessments, commercial management, final accounts, claim preparation and negotiation on commercially difficult contracts.

Michael specialises in expert support and dispute resolution by undertaking commissions in connection with defects, change, valuation issues, disputed final accounts, time and money impacts and damages claims. He has experience of most standard forms of contracts and is an regular provider of commercial training.
