Biography

Mike has over 25 years’ experience in commercial management, quantity surveying, cost management, and project controls.

He has held senior positions in a variety of projects, shutdowns and maintenance roles in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and heavy industry sectors representing both clients and contractors.

In addition to experience of traditional contract styles, Mike has experience in developing alternative contract strategies and establishing project controls processes and procedures. This has led to Mike representing major manufacturing organisations in a leadership and management role; delivering commercial process and procedures, commercial management, organisational change, continuous improvement, contract strategy and performance management.
