Shaun Whitlock

Biography

Shaun is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and former practising employed Barrister with significant experience of, and contacts within, the UK construction industry. He has a proven ability in advocacy with excellent communication skills both written and oral.

He has a wide range of experience in preparing complex written submissions and the presenting of evidence and applications in arbitration, ADR, and tribunals.
Shaun’s initial career was as a quantity surveyor working on large-scale construction contracts throughout the UK before moving into consultancy roles and later legal services, advising clients upon all matters pertaining to contractual matters and dispute resolution together with contract administration and management.
