Sandra Somers and Alex DeAbreu from the Singapore office spoke at the PICAM (Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators, Inc.) MACE Programme in Makati, Philippines, on the 25th July 2018.
The MACE program was attended by more than 40 arbitrators, mediators and other claim practitioners. The training seminar aimed at keeping its CIAC accredited arbitrators updated on the latest dispute resolution practices, analytical tools, laws, rules and regulations, and jurisprudence for both domestic and international construction contracts.
