We are delighted to be participating in the London Legal Walk for another year.
Taking place on 13th June 2023, the London Legal Walk raises funds for the London Legal Support Trust, who work with over 100 organisations across London and the South East to provide free legal advice for those who would otherwise be unable to afford it. Receiving good legal advice at the right time can make a huge difference to people's lives, reducing their chances of facing debt, poverty, homelessness, exploitation and discrimination.
Over 13.4 million people live in poverty in the UK and advice providers are at breaking point with the growing need from their clients. Many people cannot afford legal help and we believe everybody should be able to receive legal advice, especially when they need it most.
That is why our team is walking 10k for justice.
Our target is £500.
