Lee Barry, Regional Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa will be hosting a half day workshop on claims and disputes in conjunction with HFW as part of the FIDIC Middle East Conference in Dubai on Feb 19th 2018.
In this practical workshop, Lee will provide an introduction to different claims procedures, a deeper understanding of concurrent delay principles and how they are applied, relevant elements within the FIDIC contract suite, when and how to claim under the contract and when to claim for breach, and much more.
